I’m so glad you’ve joined me today.

I’ve got lots of fun things to talk about and information that will help you make
the correct choice of products for your hair, skin and nails along with a great color and cut.

One of my favorite things, being an instructor and a hairdresser is to communicate with you about your fantasy hair, how to maintain your color and cut
and prescribe the right products for longer lasting color, shine and manageability.
It is important to realize that getting to your desired fantasy hair may require additional salon visits, say for clarifying and conditioning.

Beautiful hair can be created and it may take more than one salon visit. First we test your hair for cosmetic weight (non water-soluble ingredients) that stay on your hair, giving you a false feeling of thicker hair. When we have your hair free from these pretenders, with a clarifier, then we can continue with conditioning, based on your particular hair type, be it, fine, medium or thick hair.

Fine hair lacks protein. Thick hair lacks moisture. When your hair is in optimum health, this may require a conditioning product to take home along with a water-soluble shampoo, we can then create a style suited for your hair type and a color to enhance your cut and facial shape.

It is always our desire to obtain a finished result you’ll be thrilled with, so that all you have to do is pre-book your next appointment for maintenance, however, if your hair appears to lack the strength to obtain these results, we will wait until your hair is strong enough to undergo any color or perm treatment.

It is more important that your hair is healthy and benefit from the products we use and recommend, than to create a look that may look great when you leave the salon but when the first time you do your hair at home you realize this isn’t what you expected and never return to the salon.

I recommend you treat yourself to an amazing pedicure, manicure or a relaxing facial. I find the benefits of taking care of oneself with these salon services keeps you full of life and happy.

I’m fond of working with brides and their wedding parties for their wedding up-do and make-up. Whatever your effect you are looking for, classic looks, fun, short and sassy hair with lots of texture is fun and I look forward to meeting with you and discussing your special occasion hair look with you.

After obtaining my National Council of Interstate Cosmetologist License in May of 2010, I have assisted our junior stylists in the salon with instruction that helps them learn the latest and sometimes the older versions of techniques used in hair designing.
