I called the salon for a walk-in appointment. Deb answered the phone and had such a welcoming attitude, setting me up with an appointment right away.
When I arrived I told Deb I would be her 'problem child' for the day. She was not alarmed and took a great deal of care, interest and attention to find out exactly what I wanted in a cut and why I wanted it that way.
When I left with my new haircut I felt as if I had been very well understood and that my cut was exactly the way I had asked for it to be. (This is an unusual experience for me!)
Now that I have had a chance to wash and style my hair my own way at home I am even more pleased with the result of Deb's work. She skillfully read my mind and gave me just what I had pictured.
I was pleased with the salon as a whole, as well. The setting is serene and pleasant, the pricing structure is clearly presented, I felt no pressure to have this product or that service, but also felt I understood all the things that were available to me if I had a notion one day.
Thanks Deb! I'll see you in 8 weeks for a trim-up!

I went to this Salon yesterday for a cut, it was my first time going and I will definitely be coming back. I am always a little apprehensive about going to a new salon since I am picky about my hair. But the service was excellent. I have never been to a salon where the stylist asked me questions about my hair type and made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted in a cut. The cut I got from Melissa was perfect, it was the best haircut I have ever had. Even the woman I spoke with on the phone to make the appointment introduced herself to me. The staff is very polite, attentive and professional. They definitely know what they are doing which is why it is worth the price! They also serve beer which being from Massachusetts I have never seen before! I have since recommended the salon and Melissa to some friends. Going here was a wonderful experience. Thank you!

Melissa was absolutely wonderful, from the consultation to the amazing shampoo, the great tips and the wonderful cut. She really knows the products well. My only complaint is that it is a bit expensive. I almost didn't go for that reason. I do feel like I got my money's worth, though.

Melissa is amazing! For years I have been battling with my "too straight to be curly, too curly to be straight" hair. I have been begging stylist after stylist to give me a haircut that suits me and my crazy hair. Melissa is a miracle worker. I did my hair this morning after my Saturday morning cut. It looks wonderful. I am so very pleased. She spent time getting to know me... WOW!

I live in an area that has a beauty salon almost on every block and yet I can not find a stylist that can cut my hair the way Sharon does. I also love the products she uses on my hair. always the best!

I just went through major hair trauma, and cannot think of a better place to have done it than with the crew from Relections. The hair on the top of my head fell out. My shoulder length hair had to be cut, and I now have a wig. The Relections crew is not only supportive to their customers they are supportive of each other. I went in, they gave me a cup of tea, we took a deep breath and did a "Halle Berry" cut. We have a plan, and the plan is good. If you like a quiet environment, to hear the truth about your hair and where there is no place for large egos, Reflections is for you.
